Privacy policy

The AI Money Machine School ("The AMM School", "we") is a programme by Momentum Essentials LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, our AMM School Assistant on WhatsApp or Telegram, our class pages and our app, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, WhatsApp number or Telegram account, email address, and the city or time zone you tell us.
- Your business answers: the answers you give to build your kit (for example your products, prices and city).
- Your progress: the tasks you mark as done, your weekly check-in numbers if you choose to share them, points and badges.
- Messages: the messages you send to the AMM School Assistant and to us.
- Payment confirmation: whether and when you paid, the amount and a payment reference. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers (such as Selar, systeme.io, Stripe and Payaza), not stored by us.
How we use it
- To build your personal kit and run your class: daily lessons, reminders, your class page, your certificate.
- To answer your questions and support you.
- To confirm payments and keep business and tax records.
- To improve the School. We use AI services to write your kit and to help answer messages; your answers are sent to them only for that purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your story or results publicly if you give us permission first.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored with the service providers that run the School, including Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, Cloudflare, Google and our AI and payment providers. Some of them may store data outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep your class records while you are a student and for up to 12 months after your programme ends, and payment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to the AMM School Assistant to stop reminders and marketing messages.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
